Rockview Dairy - The HHPNC, at its April
24th Board & Community Meeting voted to support Monte Vista Elementary
School in its efforts to reduce the nuisance and public health &
safety concern for its students caused by the Rockview Dairy located
across the street from Monte Vista Elementary. Grown men, mostly
intoxicated, hang around the dairy harassing and making children
uncomfortable. One child claims they have been robbed by these
men. The Board of Directors thus took up the communities concern
passing a resolution that is to be forwarded to our City Council
Representatives (Districts 1 & 14) asking that this issue be placed on
their agenda for resolution.
