HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
Currently Seeking Stakeholder Members!  For information about serving on the committee please contact the chair at the email address referenced above.
Message From The ChairAs I stated during my campaign, a major goal of the Housing & Community Development Committee will be to advocate among city lawmakers for a balance between providing ample affordable housing without permitting overcrowding and depreciating home values for single-family homeowners in our historic community.  These issues are currently being researched while simultaneously establishing working relationships with key city & state lawmakers and their staffs.  A publication on California's Landlord Tenant Laws, published by the State of California, has already been obtained and is being ordered in quantities of 50 at a time (to keep costs down) and should be available within 30 - 45 days.
