These by-laws were revised and adopted by the Interim Board of Directors on May 23, 2002 by a majority vote. And corrected per DONE’s requirements on October 2, 2002 

**The Ad-Hoc Rules Committee is currently in the process of reviewing and revising these by-laws in order to provide a more comprehensive set of governing documents that will include clearer procedures and more accountability and greater service requirements for board members.  The Public is encouraged to attend these meetings to provide input into the final version of our govening documents.  Look for Ad-Hoc Rules Committee Agenda Postings here and at our 5 approved posting sites around Highland Park.**
