Mission Statement:

"To foster inter-personal, inter-organizational and electronic connectivity among the
residents, businesses and organizations of Northeast Los Angeles."

Our Objectives:

Northeast residents are fully informed and engaged in community affairs, through
effective communications infrastructure.

Northeast LA boasts highly reliable and accessible communications systems.

All community-based organizations in Northeast LA have access to
technology based communications.
